Lake County Vaccine Information

The Lake County Health Department has created a registration portal for Lake County residents to register for notifications for when it is time to make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine. To register for notifications click here.

Stormwater Utlity Fee Information

The Village is considering implementation of a stormwater utility fee to finance the capital improvements identified in the Master Stormwater Management Plan. Residents and business can learn more about the proposed fee here.

The web page includes fee background, a list of frequently asked questions, and a tool that allows customers to lookup their property’s estimated stormwater utility fee amount. If adopted by the Village Board, the fee would go into effect on September 1, 2021.

The Village recently held two virtual town hall sessions to provide information regarding the proposed fee. To view the videos click here.

Easter Egg Hunt & Drive Thru Donuts with The Easter Bunny

The Recreation Department is offering two new spring events this year. Don't miss your chance to attend our FREE Easter Egg Hunt on March 27. Advance registration is required. Age groups will be separated by time slots.

The Easter Bunny will also be in Adler Park on April 3 for a drive thru donut event. Visit with the Easter Bunny, take a photo and receive a donut and special goodies from the Bunny! Advance registration is required, $10/child. To learn more and to register click here.

Charles Brown Park Renovation Survey

The Village is seeking feedback on the playground design for Charles Brown Park (Located at 1015 Dawes Avenue). Which design is your favorite? Which piece of equipment would you most like to see included in the design? Take our survey today!! Please note that designs and colors are subject to change and are dependent upon available funds.

It is anticipated that the onsite basketball court will be resurfaced as part of this project and will also be striped for pickle ball. In addition, a porta potty enclosure will be added to the park. These additional project components are subject to available funds.
