Ride Lake County Paratransit Open for Registration

Seniors and those with mobility limitations are invited to register for Ride Lake County! This partnership between Lake County and Pace connects riders to any location in the county for work, medical appointments, or errands.

Join Libertyville Recreation on April 9th for the Kinder Korner Preschool Open House! From 10 am to noon at at the Canlan Sports Complex, visit the Kinder Korner classroom and discuss class structure with the Kinder Korner teachers.

Applications for 2022-2023 vehicle stickers have been mailed. Stickers may now be purchased online! Online purchase requires a credit card, plate number, and the Vehicle ID listed on the application notice. You may also change, add, and delete vehicles through the portal. Stickers purchased online will be mailed within 5-7 business days.

Vino in the Ville

MainStreet Let's Vino in the Ville

Join MainStreet Libertyville for their spring wine walk! Let's Vino in the Ville returns on Saturday, April 30th. Tickets go on sale at noon on Wednesday, March 30th. The event will feature merchant specials and services with wine and light snacks. Tickets are $35 and include a commemorative wine glass, $10 coupon, event map, exclusive discounts, and a shopping bag with bonus offers!

Senior Center Technology Expo

Struggling to stay high tech? The Libertyville Senior Center invites you to its Technology Expo at 135 W. Church St. on April 12th! From 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, join small groups and one-on-one sessions to answer questions about smart phones, tablets, and apps. Topics include social media, health trackers, mobile banking, Apple products, smart TVs, and Uber and Lyft services.

This event is free! Walk-ins are welcome.

Now Hiring for Summer Positions

Looking for full- or part-time work this summer? The Village is hiring for seasonal summer positions!

Libertyville Recreation is seeking summer swim instructors, lifeguards, camp counselors, and pool concessions/cashiers. Pay starts at $12 an hour.

Public Works is seeking full-time maintenance staff for landscaping, cleaning, and general maintenance. Pay starts at $16 an hour.
