Seeking Nominations for Business Excellence Recognitions

Has a Libertyville business left an impact on you, your organization, or the community? Have you seen an outstanding development or renovation project? Has a local business reinvented itself for success? The Libertyville Economic Development Commission is seeking nominations of businesses for their local contributions to the community and economy!

Adler Pool is now open! Riverside Pool opens June 10th, so book your pool passes in advance. Passes are available on an individual, family, or visit basis.

Crane and Rockland Road Closure

The Highlands Subdivision Flood Reduction Project is advancing into the next phase of sewer installations and will require an extended road closure of Crane Blvd and Rockland Rd (between Dymond & Garfield). The closure and detour route began on Thursday, June 8th and are anticipated to remain in place into July.

Celebrate Summer at Libertyville Days

Libertyville Days is back! From June 15th to 18th, celebrate the "MVPs of 23" with carnival rides, a beer garden, an arts and crafts fair, and a parade. Each day holds its own special activities and entertainment! Parade will take place at 10 am on Saturday, June 17th.

2023 Garden Learning Series - Rain Gardens 101

What are rain gardens and how do they work? Join University of Illinois Extension, SWALCO, and Lake County Forest Preserves for an introduction to the functions and benefits of rain gardens for the average homeowner. This webinar will review rain garden site selection, sizing, and plant choice.

Webinar will be held on Wednesday, June 14th from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. To register, click here.

Hidden Gems Garden Walk Tickets Now on Sale

The Town and Country Garden Club of Libertyville invites you to its Hidden Gems Garden Walk on June 24th! From 10 am to 3 pm, explore five of Libertyville's most exceptional gardens. Artists will be onsite to with nature-themed pieces for sale and a special tasting table from Chrissoulas will supply samples of new Greek and Mediterranean dishes.
