This includes the installation of a “Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon” (RRFB) system which allows pedestrians to activate flashing lights with a push-button. Two additional RRFBs have also been recently installed on Winchester Road, west of Milwaukee Avenue. When using an RRFB, please make sure traffic has stopped before crossing.
