Tasty Thursdays-August 22

The final Tasty Thursday of the season will take place on Thursday, August 22 at the Crawford Warming House in Butler Park from 4-7 p.m. Food Trucks include: Toasty Cheese, Smash'd Burgers and My Funnel Truck. Entertainment includes a LIVE Sloth presentation and music by John Lambert. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a nice evening by the lake!

Lake County SMC Homeowner's Association Workshop

SMC is hosting a free hybrid workshop for associations and property owners who are responsible for maintaining detention ponds, wetlands, and natural areas. Workshop attendees will learn more about maintenance practices for subdivision drainage systems. The event will be held in the evening on September 12. Those registered will have the opportunity to attend the workshop virtually viz Zoom or in person at the Central Permit Facility in Libertyville. Registration will be required. MainStreet's CarFun on 21

Join MainStreet Libertyville on August 21st from 6:oo p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the classic car show which features vintage cars, trucks and motorcycles, 25 years or older, along Church and Cook Streets in downtown Libertyville. If you have a vehicle that you would like to display, parking volunteers will be at the Brainerd Avenue, with entrances at Cook and Church. Volunteers are available to assist with parking at 5:00 pm. You do not need to register.
