Park, Dine, Shop- Explore!

Exploring the shops and restaurants of Libertyville has never been easier! The Lake Street garage at Brainerd and Lake offers free 4-hour parking on the ground and upper levels and after 5 pm on the lower level. Park and walk to your favorite spot with ease!

Fire Department Open House-Save the Date!

The Libertyville Fire Department will host their annual Open House from 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday, October 12th. Tour Fire Station 1 located at 1551 N. Milwaukee Ave. with your friendly Libertyville firefighters. Watch live demonstrations, slide down a fire pole, play giant Jenga, and visit the department's recruitment table!

Trunk or Treat- Save the Date!

SAVE THE DATE- The Recreation Department's annual trunk or treat event will take place on Saturday, October 26th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am in Adler Park. Join us for a family friendly event with candy, music, games and more. Costumes encouraged but not required.

MainStreet Libertyville's Witches Night Out

Put on your favorite witch costume or jazz up a witch hat, grab your broomsticks, and head to downtown Libertyville for an evening of shopping and fun!  Participating businesses will offer deals, discounts, and specialty drinks while they are open late from 5 – 7 pm on October 18th.  An after-party follows from 7 – 10 pm at O’Toole’s.  Awards will be given for best costume and witch hat.  There will be other drawings and prizes, too! 

Tickets for the after-party are $25 each and include one free drink, finger food, and a $10 coupon to be used at participating shops on the day of the event (10/18). Come and see what's new! Learn more here.

Trick or Treat on Main Street

Trick or treat through the stores of downtown Libertyville! From 11 am to 2 pm on Friday, October 25th, participating stores on Milwaukee Ave., Cook Ave., Church St., and Lake St. will hand out candy to visitors - just look for the bright orange pumpkin sign! For more details click here.

Village-wide trick or treat will occur on October 31st from 4 pm to 8 pm.
