Drop Box
A green drop box is located in front of the Village Hall, at 118 W. Cook Avenue.
Online
Online payment can be made by credit card or electronic check. In order to use this method, you must have your account number available.
By Mail
Payments can be mailed to the Village’s payment processing service in the envelope included with the bill. Payments without the payment stub should be mailed directly to the Village Hall in order to prevent delays in processing the payment.
Online Bill Pay Through Your Bank
You may pay your water bill using the online bill pay functionality through your bank. Please direct the payment to 118 West Cook Ave., Libertyville, IL 60048. Please keep in mind that a paper check is generated by your bank and is sent by mail to the Village, so be sure to allow at least 10 days prior to the due date to ensure your payment is received on time.
